Susan Tucker, MD
Susan Tucker completed her medical degree at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. She then did a year of internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, and a year of internal medicine residency at St. Michael's Hopital in Toronto. Her Ophthalmology residency was completed at the University of Toronto. She then did two fellowships in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery; the first at West Virginia University and the second at Moorfield's Eye Hospital in London England.
Dr. Tucker was director of oculoplastic and reconstrucitve surgery at Southern University of Illinois for 4 years, then at Boston University for 2 years. She joined the Lahey Clinic in 2000 as director of oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery and is an assistant clinical professor at New England Medical Center in Boston. She specializes in cosmetic and functional surgery including Botox injection, facial fillers, eyelid, lacrimal and orbital surgery. She is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the European Society of Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the New England Ophthalmological Society.
